JB is a life saver. My phone screen was busted and it fixed it in a timely manner. Later on it started acting up again and he went out his way to fix it outside of the shop hours. He was very professional and very affordable. Customer service was on point and A1. Thank you !

I called Reboot this morning, and he was able to see me within an hour. While I waited in his cozy business, watching TV on a nice sofa, he fixed my phone screen quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour, and it cost less than the quotes I received from two other companies, including one at Walmart. Definitely recommend calling Jordan—he did a fantastic job!

I had a great experience with Jordan at ReBoot. He helped me trade in some computers and was able to fix one of mine as well. *****The customer service alone was outstanding, but what really meant a lot was that I wasn’t able to pick up my computer, so one evening he personally brought it to my house.***** That was such a kind gesture and truly above and beyond service. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend ReBoot to anyone needing computer repairs, phone repairs, tablet repairs, device unlock, tech help or like what I needed an upgrade & diagnostics. Jordan Beek did a great job of setting me up with an iPhone 15 Max. I finally had to give up the ghost on my 2017 Samsung Galaxy S10+ that I loved. It would not support my Fidelity app. Jordan gave me a fair price and trade-in value, and also set me up with a my first Apple watch that looks like new. I appreciated the new chargers and carrying case. The experience was as good or better than what I would get walking into a retail store. I considered buying a used phone on Amazon, but the personal face-to-face experience with a local vendor is much better, especially when changing platforms. Thanks Jordan!

Jordan is the best! He went above and beyond for me. I had a very old computer I wanted photos off of and it literally took days to get it all. I highly recommend him. He was very kind and patient.

Jordan is absolutely amazing! He’s very informative and fast. I love the shop. He has video games (arcade style) and a playhouse for children. His prices are very affordable. I definitely recommend this place.
